With this NEW cycle of Summer classes, I am inviting MEN and WOMEN to reconnect with the wild, innocent PLEASURE of Embodiment through dancing, and with the deep WISDOM of our instinctual Life.
Every music/movement/embodiment lovers is welcome π€ - no need at all to be a dancer, but simply a curios, open-minded soul π! These Sundays classes, from 13th July to 7th September ππ, will be an opportunity for everyone for:
* Letting go of tensions in Body and Mind in a easy and playful way
* Sensing and improving our vital Energy Flow, feeling fully living in the Present
* Expanding our Body Awareness through shared movement and rhythms
* Interacting with different partners and with the whole group, thanks to the universal language of Embodiment, on selected Music
* Improving the art of feedback and the pleasure of heartfelt Connections
YOUR FACILITATOR:
I am Eleonora, spreading Biodanza, Embodiment Practices and Rituals in Malta since January 2023 π.
In each class I will demonstrate natural and non-technical movement, inviting you to move/dance in a way that is authentic to you!
Welcome to our holistic movement tribe, whose key words are FREEDOM, AUTHENTICITY, and CONNECTION in a safe space !
PRACTICAL INFOS:

* THEN, the Summer classes will cost 12euros each, when paying in advance for all the remaining classes
* KINDLY NOTE that the drop in / single class contribution will always be of 15 euro
* We practice bare foot/with no slip socks, and with loose, comfortable clothes: you may wish an additional layer because of the AC π
