Join us on March 20th from 6:00–7:15 PM for a Peaceful Waters Sound Bath designed to help your body and mind transition into the new season with clarity and ease. Through calming sound, gentle guidance, and intentional stillness, this experience supports stress relief, nervous system balance, and a sense of renewal.
Think of this as a pause between seasons — a moment to let go of winter heaviness and create space for what’s next.
✨ All props are provided, but feel free to bring extra pillows, blankets, or cozy items to make your space just right.
🖋️Please bring a journal and pen for a short reflection period (we’ll have supplies if you forget).
🍵 Hot tea will be available for anyone who would like some.
No experience needed. Just show up, get comfortable, and let the sound do the rest.
