Floating Sunset Sound Bath

Enjoy a peaceful journey and unique experience with Rock's CardioBox and Fitness!

WHAT TO EXPECT:
60 minutes on a supportive float, which will be provided, you'll gently drift across the water, surrounded by calming sounds and gentle vibrations from the sound bowls. Relax and unwind your mind and body as you begin to release tension or stress.

Eye masks will also be provided to enhance your experience. We will also have light refreshments.

Bring at least two towels if you plan on floating in the water. We also recommend comfortable attire or swim wear.

Please arrive 15mins early so you can pick your float and spot in the pool and we will begin at 7:30 sharp!
