Change isn’t slowing down—and neither should you. In this session, you’ll learn how to navigate and lead through change with confidence and clarity, using proven frameworks that work in both corporate and personal settings.

We’ll start with Kotter’s 8 Steps for Leading Change, a globally recognized method for turning resistance into momentum and strategy into action. Kotter’s work is famous for good reason—we highly recommend their books and official trainings. In this session, we’ll explore publicly available tools and insights that show you how to make change stick.

Then we shift gears into strategic thinking—beyond the buzzwords. While tools like SWOT and OKRs are valuable, we’ll dive deeper into the underlying thinking that drives all great strategic models. Using real-world case studies, you’ll gain a flexible, scalable approach to strategy that can be applied to any project, initiative, or challenge.
