/ˈepək/ Idaho experiences are multi-course culinary journeys, thoughtfully crafted to celebrate the bounty of the full-moon harvests. A new menu is unveiled every new moon, reflecting the seasonal abundance and the energy of this sacred lunar phase.

MAY 10 - 15: FLOWER MOON SERIES

These dinners take place two days before, the night of, and two days after each full moon, with a single 7 PM seating. Guests are invited to step beyond the ordinary and experience a meal that is deeply connected to the rhythms of nature.
