I’ve been a little behind in getting the word out about this special gathering Shannon Andrews Skipper and I are offering next Saturday morning. The next morning (Sunday) is Earth Church at Dunnavent Valley trail as well. As the external world plunges deeper into the chaos of the underworld, we must stay tethered to the Earth and the light matrix. Which means we remain hopeful, clear minded, supported, and loved. Join us at the center next Saturday morning for Cacao, call and response singing, gentle intuitive movement, and a relaxing sound immersion experience. We will call on the power of our ancestors as we lift our voices together! We will ask for the help of Mama Cacao to bring us into alignment with our own heart and capacity for feeling.
