Meet me on the mat for our autumnal celebration of change and return.
Feel welcomed to the experience with smudging and ritual to bind the mind to the earth to ground your energy for your journey

Flow with restorative yoga to live sounds of nada yoga (gongs, singing bowls) as the waves of frequency wash over you - taking you to a physical space of peace and ease, preparing you for a guided meditation journey embracing change and evolution.

Followed by our usual journal session to reflect and release inner discoveries, dreams and self commitment with light refreshments and togetherness.
