Santa Clara County Property Managers Lunch Forum

The County of Santa Clara, in collaboration with the Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN) and Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE), invites you to the Santa Clara County Property Managers Lunch Forum on May 16, 2025.

We are excited to bring you program information that will assist your clients, both renters and owners, to lower energy costs, reduce the costs of making needed equipment upgrades and replacements, and make homes and buildings more resilient. Hear presentations and network with representatives from the following programs and organizations:

• BayREN
• Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE)
• San Jose Clean Energy (SJCE)
• Santa Clara County Green Business Program

Upgrades and Incentives Available:

• $500 - $5,000+ per unit for windows, insulation, central and in-unit heat pumps, ENERGY STAR appliance, and more from BayREN
• Up to $100,000 per property for EV charger installation and panel upgrades from Silicon Valley Clean Energy and San Jose Clean Energy

The event will be held at the Michael's Restaurant at Shoreline, 2940 N Shoreline Blvd. Mountain View, CA 94043. Registration and lunch will be served starting at 11:30am with presentations beginning promptly at 12:00pm. The official program will conclude at 1:00 pm and we’ve built in time for questions and networking through 1:30 pm.

These programs serve multifamily and single-family properties.
