SENIOR CONVERSATIONS | "Gentle Chair Yoga for Seniors"

Hospice of the Western Reserve and Knox Community Hospital: Connections Fitness invite you to join us for conversations exploring different topics that matter to seniors and their caregivers. This session will be hosted at the Station Break Senior Center of Knox County (160 Howard St., Mount Vernon, OH 43050).

FRIDAY, JULY 18 @ 11AM | “GENTLE CHAIR YOGA FOR SENIORS”

Move with ease and feel your best! Chair yoga is a low impact exercise that modifies yoga poses so that they can be performed while seated in a chair or using a chair for support. Incorporating yoga into your exercise regimen can provide a holistic approach to health, addressing physical and mental well-being. Kendra Miller, Member Specialist and Yoga Instructor at KCH Connections Fitness, will demonstrate chair yoga as a group exercise.
