Join us for a cardio fitness class led by Lisa Hicks‼️

“I have been teaching cardio dance fitness classes for almost 8 years. I love teaching fitness classes to help students feel empowered while challenging them to reach their fitness goals. Currently I am a Shine dance fitness instructor but also teach some of my own format, including dance, cardio strength training, and more while using dumbbells, body bar, booty bands, and cardio dance. Shine dance fitness mixes current hit music with original choreography for the ultimate confidence boosting full body workout.”

▪️Thursdays at 6:00 PM for 1 hour

▪️Class fee is $10 unless you have the unlimited class membership
