Spring Yoga Retreat

You are invited to join Stacy Faux for a Country Spring Retreat.

Friday 24th-Sunday 26th October 2025

Location: Our home base for the weekend is Mountain Station. A beautifully styled Country homestead on a peaceful farm.

About the Food: All of the vegetarian meals are prepared with love by a private chef. Breakfast, lunch & dinner are provided.

The Yoga: We will gather on the deck looking over the farm or in front of the fireplace in the main lounge room. Practises in the morning will be vibrant and afternoon practises will be restoring. Morning Meditation will be outdoors surrounded by nature.

Theme: Spring Yoga Retreat. A time to return home to yourself and be replenished through Yoga, nature & deep rest. Create space for you.
