JuneB- Shamanic Tribe Night

Very excited to invite you to my Shamanic journey nights.
After getting to know each, I will open circle and we will do gentle introductions and catch ups. Then I will introduce the topic fo rthe night followed by some pair/group discussions to drill down into ti in order to reveal our intentions for the journey.
Next I will share and explain the journey that we will do and guide you through it. You will then journey lying down similar to meditation while I drum.
Finally we will share experiences and I will close circle.🙂 No experience necessary or pressure to do anything.
To bring: yoga matt, water bottle, comfortable clothes to lie down.
