The 7 Chakras and Yin Yoga Workshop

Join me for a 7-week journey through the chakras, discovering and exploring a new chakra each week.

We will match yin yoga postures, mantra (sound) and visualization (colour) each week, that will take us through each chakra, starting from root chakra all the way to the top of the crown chakra.

You will get to try pendulums and use your own body to check which chakra is out of balance, and there will be notes to take home too.
