Our bodies are geared for sound, we're tuned for sound and it has profound affects on our physical body, our emotional and mental fields and our connection with spirit.
It naturally switches us from our sympathetic nervous system where we're in constant fight or flight to our parasympathetic nervous system where we rest and restore.
