Envie de bouger, respirer, et rencontrer de belles personnes dans une ambiance détendue ?
Viens profiter d’une séance de yoga accessible à tous, suivie d’un pique-nique partagé pour savourer l’instant et créer du lien.
🧘♀️ Au programme
- 1h de yoga doux et accessible
- Un moment chaleureux de partage autour de ce que chacun aura apporté à grignoter ou à boire
- De belles rencontres, dans un cadre sympa
🍉 Chaque participant est invité à apporter :
- Son tapis de yoga
- Une bouteille d’eau
- Un petit quelque chose à partager (snack, boisson…)
Les couverts, verres et serviettes seront fournis.

💸 Tarif : 15 $ / personne
📍 Lieu : Parc Jarry (entrée côté métro De Castelnau) – la localisation exacte sera partagée le jour même
☔ En cas de pluie : l’événement sera reporté (remboursement possible si la nouvelle date ne convient pas)

Want to move, breathe, and meet wonderful people in a relaxed atmosphere?
Come enjoy a gentle, accessible yoga session followed by a shared picnic/apéro to savor the moment and connect with others.
🧘♀️ On the program
- 1 hour of gentle, accessible yoga
- A nice moment of sharing around snacks and drinks brought by everyone
- Great conversations and new connections in a lovely setting
🍉 Each participant is invited to bring:
- Their yoga mat
- A bottle of water
- A little something to share (snack, drink…)
Tableware, glasses, and napkins will be provided.

💸 Price: $15 per person
📍 Location: Jarry Park – the exact spot will be shared the same day (entrance on the De Castelnau metro side)
☔ In case of rain: the event will be postponed (refund possible if the new date doesn’t work for you)
