Soulful Equinox: Movement, Nature & Wine

Celebrate the coming Autumnal Equinox with a soul-nourishing day in nature! You can start by coming to Sema's Vinyasa Flow at 9:30am to ground and center, then to Ceres Park for a mindful two-mile hike through scenic fall foliage. Afterward, we’ll gather at William Heritage Winery to toast the changing season with a glass of local wine and good company.
This unique experience blends movement, mindfulness, and connection to the rhythms of the Earth - honoring balance, transition, and abundance as we step into fall.

This is a free community event - just pay for what you use!
You’ll simply pay for your yoga class and whatever wine or food you choose at the winery. There’s no extra fee to join the hike or be part of the group experience. Come connect, move, and sip with us - no pressure, just presence. Please sign up so we know how many are coming!
