Anyone else dreading the end of the Summer season? The key to a healthy transition into Fall is prioritizing slow, grounding self-care routines. To help with that effort, we are offering a 5-week Ayuryoga Program. Whether you’re new to yoga or seeking a more intentional practice, Ayuryoga can offer a safe, nurturing space to reconnect with and recalibrate your own natural rhythms.
What can you expect from an Ayuryoga class?
1. A dedicated theme or intention (see below for details on weekly themes)
2. Warm-up, pranayama (breathwork), selected asanas, meditation and cool-down
3. Personal guidance and adjustments from @ayurvedicsister
4. Essential oils, herbal tea and Ayurvedic insights
Come as you are; no experience or equipment necessary however bring a yoga mat if you’ve got one.
