Sourdough 101 Workshop $40

Join Giov and Joanna for a hands-on introduction to sourdough baking! In this class, you’ll learn how to feed and care for your sourdough starter, explore each step of the bread-making process, and discover creative ways to use your starter beyond bread.

Enjoy tasting fresh sourdough bread, scones, bagels, and focaccia during the workshop. You’ll head home with your own sourdough starter, an informational packet, recipe cards, and the skills — and confidence — to bake delicious sourdough creations in your own kitchen.
