Say goodbye to soggy crusts and sauce overload. In this immersive, hands-on class, you’ll learn how to craft restaurant-quality pizza from scratch using a high-heat pizza oven (brand TBA). From mixing and stretching the dough to mastering bake times and flavor pairings, we’ll guide you through each step of the process so you can recreate the magic at home—no pizza stone stress required.
We'll make a few classic topping combos, and a few seasonal ones that you'll never see coming (we've even been known to throw grapes on a pizza and have it be the star of the night!) and walk you through pro-level tips for dough management, oven prep, and crisp, blistered crusts. You’ll eat, sip, learn, and leave with the confidence to host your own pizza night like a pro.
Format: Lecture-style and laid-back, with live demonstration, plenty of tips, and lots of time for questions. You’ll enjoy generous tastings throughout and two complimentary drinks (beer or wine). Plus, you'll have the opportunity for private shopping in the store after the class.

Stretching & Shaping: Learn to stretch dough without tearing, and shape it for an even, golden bake.
Topping Strategy: How to layer sauces, cheeses, and toppings for flavor, texture, and optimal cook time.
High-Heat Oven Use: How to manage temps, rotation, and bake times in a pizza oven (and how to adapt for a home oven).
Finishing & Serving: From fresh herbs to infused oils—how to finish your pizza like a pro.
Seasonal Pairings: We’ll introduce a few unique seasonal topping combinations to inspire your next pie night.
