P&C Meeting and AGM

This meeting will commence with our Annual General Meeting (AGM), and be immediately followed by a standard monthly meeting.

All executive positions will become vacant at the conclusion of the AGM, and the new Executive Committee will lead the regular meeting. If you are interested in coming forward to fill a position, or even just find out more information - please come along or email ahead of the meeting.

All general memberships from last year will also expire, so please come along to this one to sign on again for this year. This will also make you eligible to attend meetings virtually via Teams, add items to meeting agendas and vote.

We are the sum of all of our parts, and we want you to be part of Something Great. Without positions filled, we must according to guidelines fold the Tuckshop, Uniform Shop and Fundraisers, so your time, passion and skills will ensure that the wheels on the Amazing P&C machine keep moving forward.

Looking forward to seeing you there, to celebrate an absolutely incredible and successful year, and start planning for an even better year ahead.
