This term, we’re excited to launch our Monty the Monstar Fun Run, raising funds for our school 40th Anniversary Commemoration, and School Fair that will be held later in the year. In 2024 we raised over $16,000 and last year over $18,000! This year I have set our fundraising goal at $25,000… Let’s go!
You do not have to donate for your child to participate or receive a free the headband and sunglasses, however they will need an active profile. If you are unable to create a profile for your child I am happy to do this for you and add them to my login, I can then send you the link to share should you wish to donate and share the link with loved ones.
How Do We Fundraise?
Fundraising for our school is easy! Simply go to www.myprofilepage.com.au and click the register button to create a cybersafe, online profile page. Once you’ve created a parent account and profile page, you can share that around to family and friends to receive online donations. Please note that this is an online fundraiser only and all cash donations must be converted to an online donation before 02/04/2026.
Receive a prize for your fundraising efforts by simply raising $10 online! At the end of the fundraiser, students can mix and match up to a total of five prizes based on their donations received… or they can give back to one of the six causes on offer.
You can also receive some bonus Monty the Monstar incentive prizes! Check out your sponsorship form booklet for more information!
Event Details;
- Thursday 2nd April 2026 1pm, Northview State School Top Oval
- Wear a white shirt to make the colour pop!
- Each student will also receive a pair of sunglasses and a headband! Should you wish to supply your child with goggles as an alternative, that is a great too.
- Students are required to wear closed-in shoes!
- Students will be covered in non-toxic, biodegradable colour powder!
- Bring a towel!

Parents, Guardians, Family and Friends are more than welcome to come support and watch the event. To help provide a safe and smooth event, we need volunteers for numerous roles such as;
- Powder and Water Stations
- Obstacles
- Assisting with Sunglasses and Headbands
- Set Up
- Pack Down

Prize Ordering
Once the donations close, prize ordering will open for 7 days and close on 09/04/2026. You are required to log back in during this time to the www.myprofilepage.com.au and order prizes to the value of the donations. If you are not wanting to order prizes, you can send the donations to one of the great causes on offer! Any students who have not selected prizes after the 7 days will automatically be selected a prize.
