What is the February 7 Iowa County Caucus?

The Iowa County Caucuses are about local party leadership and grassroots power, not choosing candidates.

This is where Democrats come together to decide who leads our county party, how we organize, and what our priorities will be in the year ahead. Participants help elect local party leadership, shape the direction of our work, and strengthen the foundation we need to win elections at every level.

It’s one of the few moments where everyday Democrats have a direct voice in how the party functions locally.
