It is with a heavy heart that we share our Friend, Jack Schippers, passed last week. Many of you who have been in the store probably have met him. He quickly became a regular, playing Magic: The Gathering and learning many new games. He was always looking for new people to make friends with and play games with.
This came as a shock to us, as it did to his family. They were not prepared for this loss we want to help ease the financial burden and allow them to grieve and honor Jack with a proper final send-off. 😢
We are hosting this fundraising event and offering many ways to help. If you are able to help, please do so, even if all you can afford to do is share this event and the GoFundMe link that still helps and is greatly appreciated.
We will be donating 10% of all sales on Saturday, August 23, 2025.
We will be hosting events all day long where 100% of the money raised goes to Jack's family to help cover his final arrangements.
There will be silent auctions of different gaming items including TCGs, RPGs, miniatures, and more starting at opening! Auctions will end at 8pm, winners will be notified and will need to pay in cash and pick-up their items by 5pm Sunday, August 24, 2025.
