This immersive, hands-on workshop is the second class in our Real Bread Series, designed to take your baking from curious to confident. Whether you're brand new to milling and sourdough or have dabbled without much success, this workshop is where it all comes together.
In this class, we’ll guide you through the full process of crafting a fresh-milled sourdough loaf. You’ll learn how to mix, fold, ferment, shape, and score, plus get insider tips on texture, flavor, and baking technique. We’ll demystify the sourdough starter and show you how to care for it like a pro. You’ll even leave with your own active starter and dough ready to bake at home.
We’ll keep it relaxed and approachable—but pack in plenty of skill-building and science along the way. Because once you taste real bread, there’s no going back.
