Fishing Tournament

First Annual Catfish tournament. Registration opens that day at 6:00 am or you can pre register at Oakland Bait and Tackle. Entry is $20.00 per person. There will be a separate BIG CAT competition with $10.00 entry for adults and $5.00 for kids. Sign up at the South Shore Oakland Mills Dam area. Boat or bank fishing allowed. Limited to Skunk River, Henry County. This may change due to water levels. 50% payback. Five fish limit for regular tournament. One catfish eligible for Big Cat Competition. Fish must be alive at weigh in. There will be a holding tank available. Weigh in at 2:30 pm at the South Shore Oakland Mills Dam Area. Anglers are responsible for release of fish.

Fish Fry at 3:30 at Oakland Bait and Tackle for free will donation. 50/50 drawing and prizes. The public is welcome to attend fish fry even if you do not enter tournament. For more information contact Steve Davis @ 319-217-0371 or Marc Ford @319-931-0871.
