Community Healing Process Group

Hi. Things are heavy right now. Mike from Deep Roots Wellness and Center of Peace are collaborating to bring space for the community to process, connect and just kind of come together for this time. This is about holding space in the difficult time we are all living through and to facilitate a healing group for people to come and process the daily barrage of news in a mindful way.
This is free of charge, all are welcome. Maybe we bring some tea, sit and talk.
