Registered participants will receive free lunch and participants will receive free t-shirt (adult sizes only). Registration due August 31.
WHERE TO MEET: Meet at the Civic Center parking lot (1800 N. Jefferson Ave. Mount Pleasant, TX 75455) at 8:00 AM on September 13, 2025. We will meet briefly, then we will split up into groups and go serve at various projects around the city. Site coordinators and supplies will be at every location. You will be responsible for your own transportation and safety. There will be opportunities to carpool together.
WHAT WILL WE DO? We will be picking up trash, hauling branches, painting parking lot lines and bathrooms, raking playgrounds, cleaning flower beds, power washing, and other assigned projects.
WHAT TO BRING: Please bring plenty of sunscreen, gloves and water for yourself. We will have extra waters at every location. Please bring clothes and shoes that can get dirty (such as getting paint on them.)
We will be finished serving our city by 11:30 with a lunch to follow. All registered volunteers are welcome to a free lunch at the designated location.
Some locations will need more volunteers than others! Please share this with your neighbors and friends.
All ages are welcome. Parents will be in charge of supervision for their children.
