Join us on February 27th for our final and most prestigious event — a thoughtfully curated 5-course Chef’s Tasting Menu, designed to be savoured course by course in an elegant, unhurried setting.

Your evening begins with a double tomato bruschetta, followed by a luxurious sweet corn velouté with seared scallop, bacon jam, and chili oil. A bright strawberry jalapeño sorbet refreshes the palate before the centerpiece: a braised lamb shank, served with crispy polenta and rich house-made lamb jus.
Finish on a decadent note with hazelnut praline mousse, topped with a delicate praline crumble.
