Coffee & Calm is a gentle, accessible morning gathering designed to help you move a little, breathe a little deeper, and feel a little more like yourself before the day takes over.
We’ll explore simple, chair-friendly and standing movements that support mobility, balance, and ease.
Nothing fast.
Nothing forced.
Everything optional.
You’ll be guided through basic breathwork to help settle the nervous system, followed by relaxed conversation over coffee.
This space is especially welcoming for:
• People who feel intimidated by traditional yoga
• Older adults or anyone wanting gentle movement
• Folks dealing with stress, stiffness, or busy minds
• Anyone craving connection without pressure
Come as you are. Wear regular clothes. Sit when you need to. Move only as much as feels right.
