Jean Wilkerson & Ashley Ballard are both Shamanic Healers, Herbalists, Sound Healers, and Kitchen Witches. Ashley's partner in life & love, Chris Rust, is also a Shamanic Healer, Sound Healer, and Fire Spinner! He greatly assists in ceremonies, and making these events happen, but most importantly he brings the beautiful art of fire spinning into our lives by hosting his own Sacred Fire Circle, which will be present at all our events, weather permitted. (Those wanting to spin fire will sign a waiver in person with Chris).
Together we aim to bring about a space of sacred safety and community, hosted on Jean & her husband, Rodney's, beautiful permaculture property in Bethel, OH. We are so excited to host a monthly ceremony gathering where we get back to our roots of gathering around food, fire, and Spirit.
Each month will center around these foundational themes of gathering for a pot luck dinner, a ceremony or two, while we continue the evening around the fire for a drum circle and fire spinning. Differing nighttime activities such as sound baths, ecstatic dances, and more will be in the rotation, as well as larger scale gatherings for the season change celebrations and warmer months.
This is a pot luck! We will provide the main dish and some snacks, but please participate in the pot luck as much as possible. It is encouraged to feed and nourish each other as a collective group in community.
There is a suggested donation of $25 to attend the event and more available add on's such as healing services from Jean or Ashley, tarot readings, cacao and hape. Jean's and Ashley's herbalism products will also be available for sale the entire event. As much as this exchange is important and valued, no one will be turned away, everyone needs healing community. If you are unable to pay a donation, please be sure to bring pot luck or other items to share with the group.
To register for the event and see what each gathering will specifically have organized, click on the Google Form in the "Tickets" link in event bio. Fill out the form and submit, and then Ashley will send you an email detailing payment and ticket info. (Cash, Zelle, Venmo, & Cash App are available payment forms).
PLEASE register, this helps us gauge the event in advance and prepare as best as possible, as well as let's you inform us of any health or spiritual concerns or needs you may have. That being said, you can still show up and pay at the door and sign our agreements waiver.
