Required for this class:
1 piece of fabric 14" WOF (width of fabric) for the back
1 piece of fusible fleece 14" WOF
1 piece of fabric 10" WOF for the center and the accent smaller squares
5 to 7 colors/fabrics cut into 2" strips WOF (at least 2, 2" strips of each)
1 large spool of all purpose thread to match
What to bring for all sewing classes:
Sewing Machine (clean and ready to use; a limited number of machines will be available to rent)
Scissors (shears/fabric scissors and thread snips)
Rotary cutter (recommended)
Tape measure (soft/flexible)
Straight pins (pin cushion is helpful)
Tailors chalk or washable pen (recommended)
Spare machine needle
Seam ripper
Hand sewing needles (recommended)
Thimble (recommended)
Sewing gauge/ruler (recommended)
Additional Notes:
Please arrive early for class to ensure you have enough time to get setup, there is a lot to learn.
Fabric, thread, and some sewing supplies can be purchased in store.
