Mindful Tea Time

Join herbalist and sound healer, Allie for an evening wind down in this multi-sensory meditation experience. Each month, we will enjoy locally-sourced tea, a guided meditation, and sound healing.

Connect more deeply with nature and quiet your mind as we engage with the ancient wisdom of plant medicine and learn about the medicinal qualities of the plants we will work with each month.

Engage in breathing practices and a guided meditation based around the theme of the month.

End the evening with a sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls.

Feel free to bring your favorite mug, a pillow to sit on, and a blanket! **Optional**

Allie is one of the owners and the in-house herbalist here at Thyme Travelers. She's the creator of Green Revolution Herbals, an herbal apothecary. A lover of nature, she's a certified herbalist, mindfulness meditation teacher, and sound healing practitioner that incorporates herbal energetics, ritual, and vibration into her practices.
