Botanical Breath + Movement

Immerse yourself in a sensory journey of connection and renewal through this nourishing workshop that combines gentle yoga + movement, mindful breathwork, and vibrational healing with herbal energetics interwoven throughout.

Every plant holds a unique, sacred essence and can guide us in our healing through their connection with different chakras and unique spiritual meanings.

We will work with the plants directly, and each week will contain breathwork and movements to support the theme of the week while you experience a botanical mist or hold bundles of herbs.

The plants will change each week, allowing you to connect with different plants and the themes surrounding them.

Class will end with a short savasana guided by the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and gong.

The many facets of this class may benefit you in multiple ways through:

- Nervous system regulation by way of movement, breath, and vibration.

- Deepening your connection with the earth.

- Strengthening your knowledge of plants.

This class is ideal if you’re looking for a well-rounded and regulating experience in connecting with your body, your spirit, and the ancient wisdom of plants.

Bring to class:

- Yoga Mat

- Water

- Blanket (if you tend to get cold for savasana)

- Pillow (for optional extra support)

- Eye covering (optional)

Allie is one of the owners and the in-house herbalist here at Thyme Travelers. She's the creator of Green Revolution Herbals, an herbal apothecary. A lover of nature, she's a certified herbalist, mindfulness meditation teacher, and sound healing practitioner who incorporates herbal energetics, ritual, and vibration into her practices.
