Kundalini Yoga and meditation
Join us for the third Thursday of the month yoga. This is a kundalini yoga and meditation class that has a blend of breathwork, chanting, gentle movement. Giving us the opportunity to unwind and go inwards.

This class is by donation and no experience is needed. Make sure to sign up. Space is limited.
