Hey, MHAHS Members!
See how the sausage is really made! Super literally.
60-year Bavaria Sausage veteran (yes, 60 years!) Scott Stowell provides an on-site tutorial of the many German specialty products that they have handcrafted and shared with their diehard customer base for decades. Bavaria Sausage has been a cornerstone of the greater Madison community for generations. They are renowned for their commitment to quality, authenticity, and the art of traditional meat processing—in fact, they haven’t changed their recipes in over six decades, a fitting legacy for company founders and Bavarian immigrants Fred and Kathe Voll. Maximum of 20 participants.
Tours is FREE for current MHAHS Members, but (first-come, first-serve) registration is required. Visit mthorebhistory.org and search “Master Class #4”, call 608-437-6486, or email
