See how the sausage is really made -- with sustainable practices and regeneration in mind, on a small farm nestled in Wisconsin's bountiful Driftless landscape. 

Agricultural entrepreneur and Wisconsin Farmers Union Chapter Leader Jess D'Souza will give us a rubber boots-on-the-ground look at life on her small-scale organic farm just outside Mount Horeb, where she raises fat and happy Gloucester Old Spot pigs. Address provided after registration. Maximum of 25 participants.
