The HOPER project is both residential and business combined into one building. This makes it easy for us to combine housing, employment opportunities, and wrap-around case management services all in one centralized location.

HOPER stands for Housing Options for People Exiting Recovery, as in exiting recovery residences or sober living facilities. The HOPER project is a stepping stone back into society, helping people in their next step of recovery and long-term housing stability. This project will help them build a rental and income history while case managers are stationed on-site to help them in their journey to long-term housing stability.
