Join us under the dark moon for a deeply restorative guided meditation and sound healing experience. This session is designed to help you release, reset, and realign with your intentions during the powerful new moon phase.

You’ll be guided into a meditative state supported by the healing tones of flute, harmonium and didgeridoo—allowing your body and mind to sink into stillness and spaciousness.

• Yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for comfort
• Any crystals you’d like to work with or charge with intention
• Water and an open heart
