Thumbprint Collective Eco print and Stamp Workshop with Sue Shaw and Trudy Tandberg

In the work ‘Flight of Memory’ Trudy Tandberg honours the importance of Rain Moths for the Limestone Coast environment and the collective cultural memory we have of their emergence during autumn.

Come join artists Sue Shaw and Trudy Tandberg from Thumbprint Collective for a stamp carving, printing and ecoprint stencil cut session. You’ll produce a Rain Moth to take home and another to add to the flutter of moths displayed in ‘Flight of Memory’ located upstairs at The Riddoch. Eco printing techniques will be demonstrated during the session.

The ‘Flight of Memory’ Community Development Project was originally started in 2019 as arts enrichment program at Boandik Lodge with residents living with dementia and students from Melaleuca Park Primary School learning in a cognitive diversity way.

Suitable for ages 16+. All materials provided. $30pp.
