Next Saturday, let’s rally the Hike n Mingle crew and get involved in the local Park Run! It’s a 5km course—walk it, jog it, run it, skip it—solo or with your dog, partner, friend, or little one.

Let’s show up, show out, and soak in that winter morning community spirit! ❄️✨

👉 Afterwards: We’re heading to Nalou Kitchen for coffee and maybe a cheeky dessert (you earned it 😉).
Feeling extra energetic? Walk to and from the Park Run spot and call it bonus points.
