Plant Powerful welcomes Colin Sharp as he demonstrates and educates us on essential kitchen skills and techniques. Learn proper selection, usage and care of cutlery. Tips on chopping, slicing, grading and preparation skills. Make the most of your time in the kitchen. 3-4 pm.

At 4 pm join us for a whole food plant-based pot luck meal. Please no dairy. Limit SOS salt, oil, sugar.
Bring a dish to share. Bring your own beverage.
