Mini Sound Bath Sessions

Join Us Tomorrow Night at Art in the Alley!
We’re teaming up with Bloom in Sound to offer introductory Sound Bath sessions—a beautiful way to experience this powerful healing modality for the first time.

A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you’re bathed in waves of sound from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. As you lie back and let the tones wash over you, the vibrations help calm your nervous system, clear mental clutter, and restore a sense of balance and peace.

We have spots for 4 people each session, just let us know which time works best for you and we’ll reserve your spot.

We will be out front with Posh Catering & Charcuterie selling delicious and healthy charcuterie sticks! Stop by If you have any questions, say hello, and treat yourself to a few minutes of calm amidst the festivities. We’d love to see you there!
