Monthly Mini Retreat - restorative yoga, meditation & sound, journaling or sharing

Arrive: 10 minutes early to ensure a 9 am start

Cost: $40 + $2.00 booking fee

What to bring: journal, yoga mat, water, anything your need for your comfort.

** I have spare yoga mats if you forget yours

** bolsters, blocks, straps, cushions & blankets are provided or bring your own if you prefer.

Restorative yoga, meditation & sound healing are a forced slow-down that put your physical body on pause, regular ongoing practice can have a positive long-lasting impact by:

Providing stress relief.
Increasing resiliency.
Slowing your heart rate.
Lowering your blood pressure.
Relieving chronic pain.
Reducing soreness after an intense workout.
It also reduces some of that internal mental chatter we all have.

Dee has an advanced certificate in guiding & teaching meditation & mindfulness, meditation guide & teacher

A certified sound therapy practitioner

A qualified 200 hr yoga teacher, plus restorative & yin yoga teacher.

Each class is infused with Reiki as Dee is also a Reiki Master.

Dee is qualified Biologist & has a Masters in Forest Ecosystem Science.
