Roots Reclaimed: A Healing Workshop for Women
Reclaiming Ancestry, Embodiment, & Belonging
Β· 3- Hour Immersive Experience| Mt Charleston Library & Nature
Β· Facilitated by: Hazel Guenther, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist & Dr. Catrina Fabian, PT, DPT, Doctor of Physical Therapy
Workshop Description: Roots Reclaimed is healing space for women of all backgrounds who are ready to reconnect with the wisdom of their ancestors, deepen their relationship with their bodies, and remember who they are beneath the layers of silence, survival, and assimilation.
This gathering invites you into sacred pauseβan opportunity to listen inward, honor your story, and reclaim the parts of you that have been waiting to be remembered.
We honor that while each woman carries a unique story, many of us share the ache of disconnectionβfrom our bodies, our lineages, or our inner voice. This space is held with care, compassion, and respect for cultural nuance and identity. We invite all women to come with curiosity, humility, and a desire to reconnect with the deeper roots of who they are.
