About this Event

Roots Reclaimed: A Healing Workshop for Women

Reclaiming Ancestry, Embodiment, & Belonging

Β· 3- Hour Immersive Experience| Mt Charleston Library & Nature

Β· Facilitated by: Hazel Guenther, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist & Dr. Catrina Fabian, PT, DPT, Doctor of Physical Therapy

Workshop Description: Roots Reclaimed is healing space for women of all backgrounds who are ready to reconnect with the wisdom of their ancestors, deepen their relationship with their bodies, and remember who they are beneath the layers of silence, survival, and assimilation.

This gathering invites you into sacred pauseβ€”an opportunity to listen inward, honor your story, and reclaim the parts of you that have been waiting to be remembered.

We honor that while each woman carries a unique story, many of us share the ache of disconnectionβ€”from our bodies, our lineages, or our inner voice. This space is held with care, compassion, and respect for cultural nuance and identity. We invite all women to come with curiosity, humility, and a desire to reconnect with the deeper roots of who they are.

Who This Is For:

Β· Women who are longing to reclaim connection to their ancestry, culture, or sense of inner belonging.

Β· Those healing from inherited silence, disembodiment, or cultural loss

Β· Anyone ready to root down, rise up, and remember

What You’ll Receive:

Β· A safe, brave, space for reflection, sharing, and creating

Β· An embodiment pelvic floor healing practice with a specialist

Β· Gift Bag

Β· Light Refreshments and snacks

In this nature-based experience, we will gather to explore:

Β· Mindfulness exercises inspired by the earth

Β· Ancestral reflection and storytelling practices

Β· Sound Healing

Β· Pelvic Floor Wisdom

Β· Nature rituals for release, reclamation, and rootedness
