HVBA Annual Meeting

The HVBA will host their 142nd Annual Meeting on Monday, October 20, 2025. All are welcome to join us for this yearly business meeting and celebration of all that has taken place over the past year in the HVBA. The annual meeting will be held at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Mount Carmel. The first session begin at 4:30 p.m. followed by a fellowship meal at 5:15 p.m. A second session will begin at 6:30 p.m. In the first session Pastors Zach Lawson of Fishers Creek, Jason Lawson of Speedwell and Jerry Lawson of McKinneys Chapel will lead in a time of devotion and prayer. Pastors Caleb Seals of Hickory Cove and Tommy Seals of Sneedville First will provide the devotion and prayer in the second session. We are excited to have Steve Holt from the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board to be our main speaker during the second session. Worship music will be lead by Doug Wagner of Oak Grove Baptist Church. Prior to the first session and during the dinner break there will be several organizations with booths for you to visit. The theme for this year’s meeting will be Abide in the Vine taken from John 15:4. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
