UK-based Aussie slide guitar maestro Gwyn Ashton comes slamming back to Australia for a series of electric one-man band, trio and solo acoustic concerts to promote his latest full band album Grease Bucket, along with his solo album Mojosoul.
Joining Ashton will be Adelaide bassist Brenton Firth and drummer Travis Dragani.
He's also released a rock single titled "Get Outta Town", collaborating with guest guitarist Richard Fortus from Guns N Roses.
The former lead guitarist for Stevie Wright, Swanee and Band of Friends (Rory Gallagher's band) Ashton has previously recorded with members of Icehouse, Whitesnake, Deep Purple, Robert Plant's and Gallagher's bands and many more.
Ashton has toured with the likes of Status Quo, The Yardbirds, Johnny Winter, Peter Green, Mick Taylor, Slade, The Sweet and performed festivals with BB King, Rory Gallagher, Buddy Guy and countless other big names in rock and blues.
