It's Jam time again! Almost like it happens every month....?

Yep, it's Adelaide Parkours Monthly jam as part of our effort to make parkour available and accessible to all people of all levels. We pick a spot in Adelaide every month and go train there together.

This month is at Mount Barker, the library is our starting point and we go from there. Meet at 1:30 and stay as long as you like. Let's organise carpools in the comments below.

Bring comfortable clothes, your favourite training shoes, maybe a speaker, snacks and a big bottle of water. See you on the walls.
