Closing County Convention

This will be the closing meeting for the 2025 Rockcastle County Democratic Convention. Final day of REORG 2025! Convention Chairperson Alice Harkins, was elected at our opening convention April 26th. She will preside over precinct conventions electing one man, one woman, and one youth (under 40) to serve the democratic party at the community level. Those elected will nominate and vote for the democratic party County Executive Committee(10-20 people), chairperson and vice chair. You do not have to be present to be nominated to serve but must be present to vote. We hope to see old and new faces joining the party focused on creating progress in Rockcastle County.
