Pop-up FIGHT CLUB (Outside)

Forget your usual routine — we’re flipping the script on your morning with a high-energy, feel-good Pop-Up Fight Club to start your day STRONG. This class is the ultimate endorphin booster - we will sweat, we will laugh, we will gain strength, and boost confidence while blasting the tunes! Perfect for all fitness levels-No stress. No pressure. Just adrenaline, laughs, and a wild way to wake up.

🌅 Come solo or bring your crew — either way, you're leaving more alive than when you came in. Grab a friend, a water bottle, and start your Saturday strong with us! 💪

Day: Saturday, September 6
Time: 10:00am - 11:00am
Cost: $8 per class or $60 for a 10-class pass
Location: Meet at the Grand Vue Park Main Office - this class will be held outside
Ages: 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult
Registration: No pre-registration necessary. Just sign up and pay upon arrival.
