Workshop- Grazing Made Gorgeous- The Art of Charcuterie

Join us for a deliciously hands-on class (and fun night out!) where you'll learn the art of building a beautiful, balanced charcuterie board! From choosing the perfect cheese and cured meats to pairing fruits, nuts, spreads, and garnishes, this workshop will guide you through everything you need to know to create a spread that’s as visually stunning as it is tasty.

Christa will walk you through flavor combinations, textures, and presentation techniques so you can impress guests at your next gathering—or just treat yourself to something special. You’ll assemble a board together as a group and enjoy sampling all the delicious items that make charcuterie boards- meats, cheese, nuts and more. All ingredients and supplies are included along wine and sparkling water to enjoy. You'll take home a guide for how to assemble your own board at home.
